Summer Cupcakes

Want a super easy, light, and fun cupcake recipe?  Here is one I tried.

They come in
Chocolate w/ Vanilla middle
Vanilla w/ Vanilla middle
Vanilla w/ Chocolate middle


People absolutely love the little surprise filling.  Now FYI they only make 12 cupcakes per box, so ya might need to grab

Now for the frosting.  This is a great summer treat because it's so light and fluffy and DELICIOUS!
1 small pudding mix
1 Cup milk
With beaters mix these 2 ingredients until it starts to thicken
Then add 1 small container of Cool Whip

YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. . . . . . .
We tried Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate pudding frosting and Vanilla cupcake's with Lemon frosting, but you have a lot of possibilities.
