GET HEALTHY CHALLENGE 2

Today was suppose to be the day to start our 2nd GET HEALTHY CHALLENGE (GHC). 
There's good news and bad news about this.
The bad news is:  We are not starting until next week.  (maybe that's good news, I don't know, it's just well LIFE has been crazy lately)
The good news is:  Every person that commits to our 8 week challenge will be eligible for a drawing. (Dixie Direct Book)
 There are 4 ways to enter
1.  Sign up for challenge, all it takes is a text, instant message, phone call I don't care just contact me and let me know you want to do the GHC2.
2.  Like Tracee's 3 T's on facebeook or comment you already did at:  https://www.facebook.com/Tracees3Ts
3.  Like Dixie Directs facebook page at:  https://www.facebook.com/dixiedirect
4.  Every friend you get to join the challenge you will receive an additional entry.

Here's what the GHC 2 challenge consists of:
--Check in on the fb page weekly
--Drink 64 oz of water daily
--Stop eating before 9 pm
--2 servings fruit (1/2 cup each)
--3 servings of vegetables
--Be aware of your sweet intake
--Keep a food journal
--Exercise 5 days a week
This lasts 8 weeks with fun incentives throughout the process
The challenge is based on points.  You will weigh in on FRIDAY (yep Friday because the weekend seems to create a little more food intake so who wants to weigh in on Sunday?  Friday you've worked all week and can see more progress.) I DO NOT WANT TO KNOW YOUR WEIGHT, but you will receive points for every pound you lose and every pound you keep off.  Before I ramble anymore if this looks like a challenge you are interested sign up, it really is fun and very doable for anyone!
