Here are some guidelines:
--The challenge will begin on Monday March 3, so I will need to be contacted by Sunday night
to know you are in on the challenge. Call, Text, E-Mail, or Comment below.
--Please get some kind of notebook, journal, or something to document your progress such a

--Your weight, each day (please weight yourself around the same time)
--Food journal, account for what you are eating.
*On Sunday by midnight I need you to email or text me 3 numbers.
** Weight gain or loss (NOT how much you weigh just loss or gain lbs.)

**Total number of points overall
(If I do not receive these #'s by Sun. @ 12:00 am you will receive a 0 that week.)
*Monday points will be posted again no one will know what you weigh or what you
are or are not doing just a total so it makes it competitive
It's more fun with a friend, each week I will post new ideas, challenges, and double point opportunities. Two prize packages will be given at the end of 8 weeks, one for biggest weight loss and one for most points. 5 pts: 3 Vegetable Servings
5 pts: No Sweets/Sugary Treats (Only 6 days a week)
5 pts: Keep a Food Journal
5 pts: 30 min. exercise OR 7 pts: 45 min. exercise (Only 5 days a week)
TOTAL POINTS: (205 possible for the week)
10 Points per Pound lost AND 5 points for Maintaining Lowest Weight.
