6 Potatoes (Boil, cool,  Peel, & Dice)
6 Eggs (Boil, Cool & Dice)
1/2 Purple Onion (diced)
Whisk together (You may want to alter this part)
Mayo 3/4 C.
Milk  3/4 C.
Dash of Season Salt
Mix with a spatula.  You do not want this runny, but excess is important so you do not have DRY potatoe salad.  Best if chilled before served
