Crush 40 Ritz (I put them in my blender)
add 3/4 Cup Melted Butter
Mix well and place in a 9x13 glass pan
Bake on 350 for 10 Min.
*While crust cooks:
2 pkg instant pistachio pudding
1 1/2 C Milk
Mix till smooth and add
1 Qt. Softened Vanilla Ice Cream
Mix ing.
Spread over crust
Top with cool whip and grated Hershey bar
Freeze to let set up.
I love pistachio! I'll have to try it :)
ReplyDeleteFunny that you just blogged about this because I made a version of this recipe about a week ago and it was way too sugary! I mean it called for cups of powdered sugar and such. This recipe sounds much more enjoyable!
