A recipe my mom fixed a lot when us kids were at home was TUNA CASSEROLE. It's one of my dad's favorites to this day. I think the trick to a good tuna casserole is in the sauce.
Boil: 1/2 a box of any noodles. (we like Rotini)Drain and set aside.
In a bowl make the sauce:
1 Can CofC
8 oz Sour Cream (add more if not creamy enough)
can of drained tuna fish
a handful of shredded cheddar cheese
Mix noodles and sauce, top with cheddar cheese and cook on 350 for 40 min.
It's one of those quick fix and it really is good!
