Ice to the Rescue

Do you ever find you have bags under your eyes?  It could be lack of sleep, stress or hereditary.  Whatever it may be a good cure is ice.  Place two spoons in the freezer and then when they are nice and cold place them on your eyes for 10 minutes.  This helps with swelling and puffiness in the eye region.  Also be sure to drink lots of water, it will help keep water retention down and give your body the proper balance.

For migraine sufferers, ice on your neck at the onset of a headache.  I like to freeze water bottles and put a rag around it, then lay down with it under my neck.  This makes the blood vessels shrink and helps immensely with headaches.
