Veggie Cheese Soup

2 Cups diced potatoes
1 lg carrot
1 med onion
1 cup celery
4 chicken boullion cubes
4 cups water
1 TBS Sweet basil

Cheese Sauce
3/4 Cbutter
3/4 C. flour
12 oz. Cheeze whiz

Cream butter and flour over low heat.  Add milk, cheeze whiz;  mix until thickened.  Add to veggies and heat slowly.  DON"T BOIL!!!~
4 C. Milk

Boil 15 minutes
