Creamy Corn & Chicken Chowder ★★★★★

1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
2 tsp.  Butter
2 Cups Shredded Chicken
1 (14.75) Can Cream Corn
1 Red Pepper (Chopped)
1 8 oz. Cream Cheese
2 Cups Chicken Broth
3/4 C Milk

Cook Onion and red pepper in butter for a bout 5 min.  Add Cream Cheese on low heat cook for 4 minutes, stir in corn, broth and milk.  Cook until mixed well but DON"T burn it, LOW heat.
Serve or freeze in Ziplock FREEZER bag.  To unthaw place in hot water and then dump into a pan and on LOW heat slow cook it. 
Serves 6 Adults
