Queso is the best thing that happened to tortilla chips. Here are a couple easssssssssssssy recipes.
First one is one can of beanless chilli and a brick of cream cheese (8oz) on low heat stir in a sauce pan. I love it with Fritos (My Mother in Law shared this one with me, and she serves it with Fritos. YUMMY!!)
Second one is 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
Directions Mix ingredients in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 min.
