Freezer Soups

Baked Potatoe Soup
2 Lg. Baker potatoe, 3 sliced green onions, 3 TBS. butter,  3 TBS. Flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 4 C Milk,  1 1/4 C American Cheese, 4 slice cooked crumbled bacon.

Scrub Potatoe pat dry, prick with fork bake 425 40-60 min.  Cool cut lengthwise, scoop out potatoe, break up into large pieces.  1 Lg Saucepan cook 3 Tbs butter, and green onion in sauce pan till tender.  Stir in flour, salt, & pepper.  Stir in flour add milk, cook 12-15 min.  Stir till thick, add potatoes and 1 cup cheese.  Top with 1/4 onion and bacon.
